Together, we will break it down to build it back STRONGER than ever.

What we’ll do:

Identify and heal deep wounds using truama-informed modalities including Compassion-Focused Therapy and parts work.

Address anxiety and depressive symptoms triggered by significant lifesyle change using a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy approach.

Practice self-awareness to effect self-accountability for behavioral change using a Mindfulness-Based Approach.

Regulate your nervous system for anxiety and panic disorder management using Somatic Experiencing Exercises.

Explore applicable existential conflicts including death anxiety, autonomy vs. isolation and meaninglessness to clarify what is driving your anxiety and keeping you stuck.

Dive-in to experiential exercises in between sessions to deepen your self-knowledge and bring clarity to the change you are considering.

While I will not advise you on a decision, I will help you become more confident in making the decision that is right for you. Looking inward for change helps you trust yourself to make the moves you come to know are right for you. Mind, body and soul congruence is what therapy for life transitions can help you achieve.

  • Before we actually start therapy, it is important for me to be sure I am the right therapist for you.

    Our first step will be to complete a free 15 minute telephone or video call (your choice) so I can ask you some questions and you will have the opportunity to ask me your questions.
